全國人大代表、騰訊公司董事會主席兼CEO馬化騰：加快發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)

Developing the industrial internet will provide historical opportunities and technological support to the real economy and high-quality development, and will carry comprehensive, deep and revolutionary changes for the real economy, Ma Huateng said in his seven suggestions to the National People's Congress.

馬化騰今年向兩會提交了七份書面建議。他認為，發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，將為實體經(jīng)濟高質(zhì)量發(fā)展提供歷史機遇和技術(shù)條件，對實體經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)生全方位、深層次、革命性的影響。

The internet company is not a competitor to the traditional enterprise, but a digital assistant, connector, tool cabinet and ecological co-creator that will help the real economy to become a world champion, Ma said.

在此過程中，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司不是與傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)賽跑競爭，而是作為其“數(shù)字化助手”，做好連接器、工具箱和生態(tài)共建者，幫助實體產(chǎn)業(yè)在各自的賽道上成長為世界冠軍。

Ma also suggested building information infrastructure, laying the foundation for industrial internet development and speeding up the deployment of 5G and Ipv6 for commercial use; promoting innovative development of cloud computing, encouraging industrial, finance, government, medical, education and transportation clouds to accelerate development, and speeding up the real economy in its transition to digital.

馬化騰還建議，大力推進信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，夯實產(chǎn)業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)，加快5G和IPv6全面商用部署；促進云計算創(chuàng)新發(fā)展，鼓勵工業(yè)云、金融云、政務(wù)云、醫(yī)療云、教育云、交通云等各類云平臺加快發(fā)展，加速實體經(jīng)濟數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型。

Moreover, Ma suggested safeguarding the industrial internet, creating multi-party coordination security governance mechanisms involving government, enterprises, and service organizations, and actively carrying out cooperation in international exchanges to promote an open world economy.

馬化騰提出，應(yīng)做好產(chǎn)業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)安全保障，建立政府、企業(yè)、服務(wù)機構(gòu)等多方協(xié)同聯(lián)動的安全治理機制；積極開展國際交流合作，推動建設(shè)開放型世界經(jīng)濟。

全國政協(xié)委員、百度董事長李彥宏：加強人工智能倫理研究

Li Yanhong submitted three proposals to the CPPCC National Committee, all of which are related to artificial intelligence, or AI.

今年，李彥宏帶來的三個提案都與人工智能有關(guān)。

The three proposals include: AI ethics, intelligent transportation and electronic medical record management system.

提案內(nèi)容涉及人工智能倫理研究、智能交通、電子病歷管理制度三個方面。

Li proposed the government organize interdisciplinary experts, AI companies, users and the public to conduct research and top-level designs for AI ethics to improve people's wellbeing, promote healthy development of the industry and build a new technological revolution.

李彥宏在提案中建議，由政府主管部門牽頭，組織跨學科領(lǐng)域的行業(yè)專家、人工智能企業(yè)代表、行業(yè)用戶和公眾等相關(guān)方，開展人工智能倫理的研究和頂層設(shè)計，促進民生福祉改善，推進行業(yè)健康發(fā)展，掌握新一輪技術(shù)革命的主動權(quán)。

On the intelligent transportation proposal, Li proposed the state further strengthen guidance, build data sharing mechanisms and encourage localities to explore and create smart transportation solutions.

在關(guān)于智能交通的提案中，李彥宏建議，政府進一步加強指導(dǎo)，實現(xiàn)信息交互和共享，鼓勵構(gòu)建智能交通解決方案。

In addition, Li proposed the National Health Commission to lead an overall plan on ERM data management, research, and exploration of intelligent applications.

另外，李彥宏還建議，由國家衛(wèi)健委牽頭，在電子病歷數(shù)據(jù)的管理、科研及智能應(yīng)用方面統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃。
