The Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, concluded its 33rd session Monday in Beijing.

At the closing meeting, lawmakers voted to adopt the decision on the ranks for active-duty soldiers of the People's Liberation Army, and the decision to remove Li Jiheng from the post of the minister of civil affairs and appoint Tang Dengjie as the new minister.

會(huì)議經(jīng)表決，通過了全國人大常委會(huì)關(guān)于中國人民解放軍現(xiàn)役士兵銜級(jí)制度的決定；決定免去李紀(jì)恒的民政部部長職務(wù)，任命唐登杰為民政部部長。

Lawmakers also voted to adopt a decision to establish the Chengdu-Chongqing financial court.

會(huì)議表決通過了全國人大常委會(huì)關(guān)于設(shè)立成渝金融法院的決定。

Lawmakers approved in principle the work report of the NPC Standing Committee and entrusted Li Zhanshu to deliver the report to the fifth annual session of the 13th NPC on behalf of the NPC Standing Committee.

會(huì)議原則通過了全國人大常委會(huì)工作報(bào)告稿，并委托栗戰(zhàn)書委員長代表常委會(huì)向十三屆全國人大五次會(huì)議報(bào)告工作。

Lawmakers also approved a report on deputy qualifications and personnel-related bills.

會(huì)議表決通過了全國人大常委會(huì)代表資格審查委員會(huì)關(guān)于個(gè)別代表的代表資格的報(bào)告。

The meeting approved the draft agenda for the NPC annual session to be opened on March 5 and the draft name list of the session's presidium and secretary-general, and decided to submit the drafts to the preparatory meeting of NPC session for deliberation.A name list of members invited to sit in on the NPC session as non-voting participants was also passed at the meeting.

會(huì)議表決通過了十三屆全國人大五次會(huì)議議程草案、主席團(tuán)和秘書長名單草案，決定提請十三屆全國人大五次會(huì)議預(yù)備會(huì)議審議；表決通過了十三屆全國人大五次會(huì)議列席人員名單等。
