最近，一條視頻在海外火了。夜幕下的中國(guó)廣場(chǎng)，竟成了“露天小廚房”。一群小朋友圍著灶臺(tái)，系上圍裙，點(diǎn)火、切菜、炒菜，動(dòng)作利落得像專業(yè)廚師。

其實(shí)，對(duì)孩子的教育，早就不局限于課堂。打開社交平臺(tái)，各地幼兒園的“生活技能課”層出不窮。買菜、做飯、編織、木工……孩子們?cè)谡鎸?shí)的生活里動(dòng)手、動(dòng)腦，在實(shí)踐中長(zhǎng)大。

Some kindergartens even guide children in building miniature houses, from mixing cement to stacking bricks, the whole process is hands-on. Netizens joked, "By the time they're 20, they could list 15 years of work experience on their resumes!"

動(dòng)手教育，不只是技能訓(xùn)練，更是一種生活態(tài)度。它讓孩子們明白，生活的每一步都值得親手去做。

而要讓孩子放心去探索、勇敢去實(shí)踐，安全的環(huán)境是最重要的前提。

在“露天小廚房”視頻的評(píng)論區(qū)，許多海外觀眾注意到，中國(guó)公園竟然安全到可以讓孩子們?cè)谝雇碜杂苫顒?dòng)。這在其他一些國(guó)家是難以想象的。

A foreign blogger (@thesmitlocks) has shared his child’s first day of school in China — a day filled with color and smiles.
