“十三五”時(shí)期我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展取得的歷史性成就：

經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行總體平穩(wěn)，經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)持續(xù)優(yōu)化，國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值從不到70萬億元增加到超過100萬億元；

The economy performed stably overall, and its structure was continuously improved. GDP increased from less than 70 trillion yuan to over 100 trillion yuan;

創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家建設(shè)成果豐碩，在載人航天、探月工程、深海工程、超級(jí)計(jì)算、量子信息等領(lǐng)域取得一批重大科技成果；

Much was accomplished toward making China a country of innovators, with major advances in manned spaceflight, lunar exploration, deep-sea engineering, supercomputing, quantum information, and other areas;

5575萬農(nóng)村貧困人口實(shí)現(xiàn)脫貧，區(qū)域性整體貧困得到解決；

China's entire rural poor population, 55.75 million in number, was lifted out of poverty, and regional poverty was successfully eradicated.

1億農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口和其他常住人口在城鎮(zhèn)落戶目標(biāo)順利實(shí)現(xiàn)，城鎮(zhèn)棚戶區(qū)住房改造超過2100萬套；

The goal of granting urban residency to 100 million people from rural areas and other permanent residents without local household registration was met. More than 21 million housing units in run-down urban areas were rebuilt.

人民生活水平顯著提高，城鎮(zhèn)新增就業(yè)超過6000萬人，建成世界上規(guī)模最大的社會(huì)保障體系。

The living standards of our people rose significantly. Over 60 million urban jobs were added, and the world’s largest social security system was established.

“十四五”時(shí)期經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展主要目標(biāo)和重大任務(wù)：

著力提升發(fā)展質(zhì)量效益，保持經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。城鎮(zhèn)調(diào)查失業(yè)率控制在5.5％以內(nèi)。

Improve the quality and effectiveness of development and maintain sustained and healthy economic growth. Keep the surveyed urban unemployment rate within 5.5 percent.

堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展，加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系。

Pursue innovation-driven development and accelerate modernization of the industrial system.

形成強(qiáng)大國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)，構(gòu)建新發(fā)展格局。

Create a robust domestic market and foster a new development pattern.

全面推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村振興，完善新型城鎮(zhèn)化戰(zhàn)略。常住人口城鎮(zhèn)化率提高到65％。

Advance rural revitalization across the board and improve the new urbanization strategy. Raise the percentage of permanent urban residents to 65 percent of the population.

優(yōu)化區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)布局，促進(jìn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。

推動(dòng)綠色發(fā)展，促進(jìn)人與自然和諧共生。森林覆蓋率達(dá)到24.1％。

Promote green development and ensure harmony between humanity and nature. Expand forest coverage to 24.1 percent of China’s total land area.

持續(xù)增進(jìn)民生福祉，扎實(shí)推動(dòng)共同富裕。勞動(dòng)年齡人口平均受教育年限提高到11.3年。人均預(yù)期壽命再提高1歲?；攫B(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)參保率提高到95％。

Improve people’s wellbeing and strive for common prosperity. The average number of years of schooling among the working-age population is expected to rise to 11.3. Raise the average life expectancy by one year. Coverage of basic old-age insurance reaches 95 percent of the population.

統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展和安全，建設(shè)更高水平的平安中國(guó)。

Ensure both development and security and usher in a new stage in building a Peaceful China.
